Please print and fill out the pdf form below to apply for membership with the Gold River Chamber of Commerce. After mailing the form to the chamber you will be issued an invoice for payment.

Once payment has been received your membership will be activated and confirmation sent by email or snail mail. Your laminated membership certificate and card will be mailed to the business address provided in the form.
